[simfphys] Metro Armored Truck

A Metro Armored Truck. It's unarmed. I may make an armed version at a later date.

This requires the simfphys base, obviously.

This was made for the Heirloom Roleplay Community and their upcoming MetroRP. You can still use it separately, of course.

Unfortunately, I cannot fix the missing textures. I've looked through the files time and time again and there should be nothing stopping it from working. Nonetheless, I've added a dependency that should fix the issue.
