01. Talk to A GIRL Hooligan on the eastern bridge to begin the sidequest.

02. Hack the required number of C.A.T.S.. You can keep trying if you failed the hack.
{There are more C.A.T.S. available than required on later missions}


03. Return to THE GIRL Hooligan to finish the quest.
