how to find MR dovers villa

this is a guide on how to find mr dovers house.
its not on the north street i dont know why but its on the far east in a Brown villa
once inside the home take a left turn then go straight ahead to the first NPC you see then you hav found MR DOVER.i might upload a video for this guide but i dont think you will need it
