To play a campaign, extract the zip file into your "One Unit Whole Blood" directory. (To keep things organized, you may create a subdirectory.) Launch Blood, start a new game, choose <user content> and select your campaign's included INI file. For example, DW.INI will load DeathWish. It should then give you a list of episodes and difficulties.
