Small power station using diesel generators. An alternative for when wind turbines might not be viable and a coal power station is still too expensive.
It can be placed seamlessly next to other buildings to build a larger power station.

Inspired by the power station in Lerwick on the Shetland Islands, and other small power stations for small communities.

Not just a spiffy looking building, but pretty much a quality of life upgrade to have this between the turbines and coal plants early game.

i was thinking powering up the services used in the disater dlc with there own water and sewer and such on a higher area keep it all shut down till the need arises

Wow this looks awesome. Definitely would fit in with older style warehouses in older parts of a city, or maybe in more rural areas better than vanilla options.
