so you have the 'failed to connect to server' problem when going to the login page. Then don't worry here is what you can do to go and play in multiplayer.

Step 1:
you have to go to this file directory here in your PC:

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc












Step 2:

You should make a copy of the Host file.











Then open it with NOTEPAD and place these Text on the bottom:

'168.61.147.56 eso.com'










And presto you can play the game until the server is back up and running

Note: You should go back and get rid of the text when you think the servers are back.
