Horzine Rocket Launcher

Standalone, reskinned version of HRL-1 from ScrN Balance.

From the visual aspect, it is just a reskinned L.A.W. But it differs a lof from the gameplay aspect. Horzine Rocket Launcher (HRL) was designed to fill the gap between M32 and LAW. HRL does less damage than LAW, but with perk bonus it is enough to stun Scrake (can't do this off-perk). Beside that, HRL allows to carry more rockets, fires faster and weights less than LAW. You are able to carry both HRL+M79, but then there will be no place for pipeboms.

ServerPerks required to use this weapon.
ScrN Balance is recommended (for perk bonuses) but not mandatory anymore.
