Overall I like it a lot and definitely I have very good time with those raiders after bit boring games for most faction with unique tree in main game- I jsut feel it is very dependant on random AI focus choices and wars atm.
I am thinking about it as focuses are very vurneable to AI choices - like New Vegas that can easily screw you many ways starting with annexing fiends at very beginning already or forming Nevada pact, or dow on fiends/raiders early... but not sure how make things to not push them out of balance completely.
Brotherhood is very hard nut to crack from starting position (unless maybe some tricky luring their troops to capture victory points) and it seems it is necessary get lot of recrutibale pop to outnumber them and equip with at least anti tank rifles otherwise no chance to pass them. I like the challange but this speed run with Legion to take Dam busters for final focus is really difficult with only natural option ally with Legion. It could be really good put there some way how to stay neutral>war with both NCR and Legion (actually this is the thing I ended up playing other factions in the same area - like Mojave or New Vegas)
