It's a sad fix, you can also use adaptative VSYNC, VSYNC in nvidia control panel (at least the normal one) also produces framedrops, borderless windowed mode also have tearing for me, in my case I have to enjoy that screen tearing in order to keep my 60 FPS and high settings.

If your performance is enough you can try FAST SYNC in nvidia control panel (dont forget to disable ingame VSYNC), that was not my case sadly.
