Select your model in the Animation Set Editor. Right click on it and drop down until you see an box that says "Show in Element viewer". Then click on "AnimationSet"

Now head over to the Element Viewer

Right click again on the model and go down until you see a option that says "Create phenome presets based on HL2 FACS Controls". Click on that.

Head back to the Animation Set Editor.

Same thing when lipsyncing with Tf2 models. Simply insert the .Wav, show waveform and extract phenomes.

Congratulations on making your Hl2 model succesfully lipsync!

@xudle since you know more ab it than me, it sounds like a dumb question, but can you edit the facial anims? I've literally never done this and have only attempted handmade lip sync. (and i was bad) but I could see the use of having it be generated if you can adjust it to look better and work your way up to just straight up not using the generated ones.

honestly i would always recommend against this as you can get much better lip syncing by doing it manually using facial flexes and it doesn't take as long as you would think still a well put together guide tho nice work

@|AG|M4st3r The CSS models dont have a face. They have a texture on their head, but not a face

Is there an easy way to make CSS models lipsync or will I have to do it the hardway in a modelling program.
