This mod is NOT compatible with the Universal Uncrafter mod, be sure to only subscribe to one of the mods.

The only difference between this and the origional is the removal of Grey Goo, a feature that allowed you to turn blocks into other items. I saw this feature of more annoying than useful. You should be able to replace the origional mod with this one without any issues, just remember that all Grey Goo will turn into Perfectly Generic Items.

i don't really know how to mod starbound, these variants were just chopping parts off of the existing mod, that would require new logic

is it possible to make a patch/variant that doesn't let you uncraft epps with augments? i ask you because you wrote variants

I'd assume so but I'm not fully sure, haven't played Starbound in almost a year (1 full year tomorrow lol)

Just so I'm not wrong on this thought.
I'm wondering does this allow you to put in blocks say the slime blob and get resources from said block?
Cause I remember something like that going through the UUC but I can't find that portion of the mod anywhere.

For those mentioning FU items, a member of the dev team recently added a line of code that actually flags nearly all FU items and even a lot of vanilla items as unrecyclable. Someone claims there's a way around it, but I've yet to see that person offer evidence.

@therubicon2011 It doesn't work with building block type materials in general even if those have a recipe. You can craft glass blocks (building material) from glass (crafting material), or you can craft planks from logs, but you can't uncraft them. You can uncraft/recycle almost all crafting materials into something else, but not most of the building blocks, Asphalt included.

Can't recycle FU seeds/genes anymore...
