What happens if you kill Yuki instead of The Creeper?

The day after the murder The Creeper I thought, what would happen if I will spare Slava? Will this affect the ending or story? What will happen?

To make the experiment a success, I had to kill Yuki.

Start of experiment.
Ok, let's begin.

Well, killing Yuki is a bit difficult because she lays unconscious for a long while and you need to wait until she wakes up (patience required.) and dodging Slavik's attacks.

And as it turned out to be all this was pointless: killing Yuki does not affect final and story. After killing Yuki we will die even if we have full-hp. (sadness 100 lvl)

I killed Yuki several times since the first time I had very low hp and I thought that I was killed by Slavik but I wasn't after killing the second time I lost.
End of experiment.
The result of the experiment did not impress me. I hoped that there would be some changes in the story, but in any case, Slavik must be killed.
💜
Thank you very much for reading my guide. It turned out to be small, but still it will help you not to make mistakes at the beginning of the game.💜

Its morally incorrect in conclusion: Don't beat your sister up

For what it's worth, I think it's less that Slava has to die, and more that Yuki has to live.

It's not made super clear in Vampire Smile, but in Dead Samurai it's made much more obvious that Dish killing Yuki in Grace Chapel is a mistake that torments him.

Making the same mistake again would pretty much rob Dish of any will to keep fighting.
