The Welsh are Celts

描述
Are you tired of Welsh being considered 'British'? Are you annoyed that your Sami Empire views Karelians as Slavs? Have you wished you could rid the Isles of the Angles after estabilishing the supremacy of Scotland? Well, then this mod is for you.

This mod mostly resorts cultures to be based more closely with linguistic groups than arbitrary geological groupings, adds more dynamic province/capital names and many more events, decisions and content related to culture.

Currently Work in Progress. Added features:
- Welsh, Cornish and Breton moved to Celtic culture group.
- Hungarian Moved to new Magyar group
- Slovak moved to West Slavic group.
- Estonian, Sapmi, Finnish and Karelian moved to Finno-Ugric
- Province and Province Capital names for Scottish and Scots for Scotland
- Province and Province Capital names for English for England, Wales and Scotland
- Decision for a Gaelic Scotland to embrace Celtic identity, becoming 'Alba' (Gaeldom with a different name).

Future Features:
- Modifiers for all cultures (European first, then East Asian and maybe others.)
- More Dynamic Province names
- Colony names by event.
- Celtic formable alternative to Great Britain.
- Emergent colonial cultures
- Emergent melting pot cultures.
- Dynamic culture spread.

No, English is still in the British group. And I don't think this'll work too well with ET, since ET changes all the cultures itself, though you don't really need it with ET, because ET has cultures that make sense.

I can *sorta* see the reason behind having Welsh as part of the British group, since they were the original inhabitants, but at the same time most people equate Celtic == Ireland and Scotland.

Well, I imagine they'd get some very angry emails if they did. But yeah, I don't know why and I don't particularly like how cultures are done in vanilla EUIV.

I always thought it was odd that the Welsh were in the british group, but then keep irish separate.
