I don't understand your question. Do you mean the sectors? Because the empire name will be displayed on the galactic view. The sectors have the issue, that a new sector gets its name from the "homeplanet" of that sector. But you can change that via the sector menu or by clicking on the sector in the outliner.
thank you for your appreciation. I'm glad, I could help you with the same issue I had with the borders and colors.
thank you for your feedback. If the version number is 3.0.*, I have to update every major patch like 3.1 or 3.2. With 3.* the system normally understands, that it is irrelevant, which following patch is used. Also my gamelauncher doesn't show any problem with 3.*. But I have the error message, too. I would suggest, as long as it doesn't crash the game, that you can just ignore the issue. I play old mods from the time of 1.* and they still work, too.
there is a little problem with the version number. You have to write the version number with a zero, like this: 3.0.*
There is also an error message in User\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\logs\error.log for this
( [dlc.cpp:344]: Invalid supported_version in file: mod/ugc_1351925726.mod line: 6 )
This has always been an isse, I remember when 2.0 came out, I had exactly the same problem.
