Ingredients

Dehydrator with multiple layers
7 pounds of very thinly sliced beef brisket
1 cup of liquid smoke
3/4 cup of Teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup of Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 and 1/4 heaping tablespoons of pepper
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoons of onion powder
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoons of garlic powder
1/4 cup Worcestershire

Procedure

Step 1: Mix together all of the ingredients and stir it a little. You may also add a bit extra of any seasoning, depending on your preference.

Step 2: Add the beef, cover with cling wrap, and set in fridge to marinate for at least 12 hours.

Step 3: Squeeze your meat a little bit to get some of the marinade out. You do not want any pink in the meat!

Step 4: Set dehydrator to 130 to 140 Farenheit and set beef jerky in, giving a little space inbetween each piece.

Step 5: Let meat dry for 6 to 8 hours and flip the meat 4 hours into the process. The jerky should not have any moisture left when done.

Finally the game has loaded and you can now carry yourself out of gold with your delicious and filling beef jerky!
