Quake 4 SWEPs

Beskrivning
With Upset's permission (the creator of the Doom 3 SWEPs) to use his base, I was able to bring the weapons of Quake 4 into gmod.

Weapons featured:
  • Gauntlet
  • Blaster
  • Machine Gun
  • Shotgun
  • Hyperblaster
  • Grenade Launcher
  • Nailgun
  • Rocket Launcher
  • Napalm Launcher
  • Railgun
  • Lightning Gun
  • Dark Matter Gun

Available upgrades:
  • Machine Gun: Extended mag
  • Shotgun: Box magazine
  • Hyperblaster: Ricochet
  • Nailgun: Double magazine, tracking scope
  • Rocket Launcher: Volley fire and laser guided rockets
  • Railgun: Over-penetration
  • Lightning Gun: Chain reaction (coming soon)

Console Commands:
  • quake4_armtype (legacy, changes the ammo pickup indicator)
  • quake4_autoreload (Automatically reload when the gun goes empty)
  • quake4_crosshair (Use the crosshairs from the original game)
  • quake4_smokeeffect (Toggles muzzle smoke, for performance)
  • quake4_strip_on_upgrade (Strip old weapons from your inventory when you get better versions)

Q - What's the map in the screenshots?
A - dm_powerhouse, from Half-Life 2: Deathmatch.

Q - Will you make DOOM 2016 SWEPs?
A - No.

Q - Will you make Quake 4 NPCs?
A - I'm not the one making them, and afaik the project is in development hell.

No word yet, I have plans to add a few more npcs for the first release.
