Maybe some people didn't like it as it lacks great power glow and now changed the design as well. But there's a 4.0 now which uses the aesthetics of this one so it's all good.

Guys, this mod can be used on 1.30. All I had to is to compare the this mod's topbar.gui file in interface folder with the base game's topbar.gui. Just use notepad++ with compare plugin. The issue is probably that they added government reform and shortcut hotkeys in the base game. So you'll see a a bunch of lines about "government_reforms_button_base" and then at the end, a few lines about "hotkey_assign_parent" and other hotkeys in base game's topbar.gui. Copy-paste these two sets of lines to the this mod's topbar.gui. There's likely similar problems with HRE and papacy. I just tested the game with the mod's topbar.gui edited file(moved out the hre, papacy and other gui files from interface folder to desktop while keeping the contents of gfx folder) and everything including banners and great power glow works perfectly.

Upadate please!! This is the best flag mod!

This one crashers with 1.30 patch, closing the game after I click on 'Play Game' :/
