Beskrivning

Adds one Huey to the map. Map file is is big because I had to edit draw distances on the vanilla art assets, so I had to include whole vanilla map. Other option would have made houses and almost all props disappear when flying far.

Includes ART_CuChi_Heli.roe, VNTE-CuChi_Heli.roe files.

... nevermind, just saw how massive this map is...
1.25gb is way too large to expect players on our server to download.

I wish the developers would get their sh*t together and make Heli versions of Territories maps.
