I would love a version of this that has an FPS patch and a red button that says "do not press" and upon pressing it, the acid levels rise, slowly deleting limbs (once it reaches the head and slowly deletes that the player dies cause; well; no brain no game)
Notes:
Acid stops at surface level which then acts as a checkpoint.

Looking at your map layout picture. I can guess that there are very few places you can place area portals in this map due to the map being almost entirely displacements. It looks like when you're in the displacement area you'll be rendering every displacement in the map. In future large scale maps try to keep it segmented in a way where area portals can be used to break up the load on graphics cards.
