Welcome, young enterpreneur, to Fairview Tech Apartments! We offer a unique style of outdoor apartments. No more hassle with having to hear all the noise from your rowdy neighbors. You are now separated by more than just a wall, so you'll only hear about 75% of what those pesky neighbors are doing! A beautiful central outdoor communal area is available for all tennants to enjoy, with tables nestled amongst the majestic pine trees! Each of our 11 units is outfitted with cooling and heating, as well as with some basic furniture.

(NOTE: we are not responsible for the possibility of bird droppings landing on your work, food, or even you whilst visiting the outdoor communal areas or your outdoor patio...)
(NOTE: the tennant is responsible for all cleaning and maintaining of their unit...)
