It used to be hosted at http://www.ag.ru/files/software/486/26995 but seems to have been removed. I would like to thank Rolan and Samz for getting the tool back online.

The tool is in Russian so I have put the english translations below.

You can also extract the data.pak file to mod the AI, play clips from the movie on the loading screens, make all missions playable, and more. This game uses the same engine as Pacific Storm and you can use their mod tools to extract the data.pak file here[www.pacificfury.net].

To unpack the data.pak file you need the mod tools from Pacific Storm, it is a game that runs on the same engine. You can find the download here: https://www.pacificfury.net/mod-tools

May I ask, how do you extract the DATA.Pak?

All the tools I have tried can't open it.

I get a "failed to find Data File" error using the tool (From the Yandex Link on steam discussions)

(Obviously it's in Russian but that's what it translates to once I google translate it.)

Would it be possible to make the APS available in more levels and add more enemy vehicles to the game? (As well as fix the AK74U not sharing ammo with the AK.)
