Paradox changed its border conflict code and this does not work anymore with No Step Back
The decisions appear but their costs and actions do not.
Have to wait for an update

Run this game on observer (overnight) with this mod to see what you are getting, this and alternating with the Chaos edition.
I was pleasanty surprised that "houseplant" North and South America have action of their own going on.

The Chaos version of this mod still works and I use it.
Chaos edition is a more aggressive version with some added code to support that aggressiveness but otherwise the same mod.

Reason why it still works
A--does not alter any vanilla files that may update
B--Paradox apparently has not yet altered any mod code affected by this mod.
So unless
B Paradox changes how mod code works(IE commands referenced by this mod are removed ) then this mod should survive any number of future updates
