Autobuild - Guilli's Planet Modifier Patch

This patch is no longer work. Do not use it.

This patch allow Autobuild by Had to able to autoclear custom tile blocker from Guilli's Planet Modifier by Guilliman.

It is my first patch mod ever. Took me while to work out how to make it work.
Big thank to Had, author of Autobuild to help me to make it work nicely.
