Propを入れてないと空き地だけが表示されます。
Recommended propsが推奨Propで、Optional Propsがあれば更に小物が追加されます。

Ploppable RICO Modを入れていれば低密度商業のLv1として働き、入れてなければただの公園になります。

Cute!! Hey, those are the multi colored lights! This looks great.
Well, Louis, just because we called them Christmas doesn't mean multicolored lights and drink stands can't be used anywhere :)
