• I only teach technique how to rendezvous two vessels, but i'm not teaching how to build proper rocket.
  
• I just taught myself few days about rendezvous two vessels on the orbit so not everything can be clear for you :P
  
• Guide is based on my try to add new module to space station.
  
• Remember to have RCS on your rocket, without them will be a lot harder to navigate close to target

PS. English isn't my native language, sorry for mistakes.

1. After you make orbit, check your Ascending Node.
   
   
2. Navigate to get as close to 0.0 degree
   
   
3. Make circular orbit.
   
   
4. Make maneuver node and extend it to the orbit of target
   
   
5. Remember you can drag the maneuver node to get the closest separation point, and burn.
   (To drag node you, press in middle of circle and pull around orbit)

6. Burn in separation point to get perfect match with target's orbit. (still try to correct to get closer to target)
   
   
7. In closest point change to docking mode and with RCS burn to target (If you get markers like me, you are in straight line to target)

8. Congratulations you rendezvous two vessels together.
   

If you get everything above right you will be fine, i just hope you still have fuel in RCS.
Remember to not hurry because you can hit hard into your target.

You can have problem after you dock to docking port they don't connect, try to rotate because ports need to be alligned.
After few minutes you will probably dock and get result like me :
