Armageddon Bombardment for Fanatic Militarist and -Xenophobe and Devouring Swarm

Why can a Fanatic Militarist or Xenophobe Empire not bomb those filthy Xeno to hell?

Yeah, no idea.

That's why I changed it.

This simply gives Fanatic Militarist and Fanatic Xenophobe empires the option to choose Armageddon Bombardment.

Update: Now also to Devouring Swarm.

Armageddon Bombardment for:
- Fanatic Purifier (default)
- Determined Exterminator (default)
- Fanatic Militarist (added by this mod)
- Fanatic Xenophobe (added by this mod)
- Devouring Swarm (added by this mod)

Should be save to install and remove during running games (I had no problems so far).
Available policies appear to be checked and reloaded everytime you load a game or save, so it is very dynamic.
If you have the policy selected and then remove this mod, there might be issues. So try to select a different bombardment policy first.

Should be compatible with almost anything as it does not modify vanilla files, only the bombardment policies.

Values in files adjusted:
common\policies\00_policies.txt - changes the bombardment policies availability
This mod does not overwrite these files in their entirety, but changes some values, and thus will be incompatible with mods that overwrite the same values.
