Nothing fancy here just a quick description on how to get each achievement.

First Mate - Just knock down all bottles using between 1 and 8 balls.

Walk the Plank - Throw a ball and hit the treasure chest to the left of the lane.

Land Lubber - When you hit the treasure chest for the above achievement the ground falls away and you are surrounded by the sea. Knock down all bottles with up to 8 balls.

Aye's on the Prize - Behind you is a bottle partly buried in the sand. Hit this with a ball to enable "Pro Mode" (It takes away 6 of the balls leaving you with 2).

Strike Gold - Basically get a strike.

Treasure Island - Knock down all bottles with just the 2 balls in pro mode.
