Streets of Rage 2: Roll Edition

You're welcome, PuToTyra, it was the creepy mods centered around Roll (especially the ones that didn't mention that fact, such as a certain Knuckles mod) that motivated me to make this mod.

Now this is a GOOD Roll related SoR2 mod. Thank you for not making this a creepy Loli mod.

Ah, a GOOD example of a Loli hack done right. Even I have some that have Lolis in them, but do not show their panties and you get a challenge!

To customize voices, there's a program called Mega Drive Voice Editor, or MDV. Use a Hex Editor of your choice, like XVI32 or Hex Workshop (I prefer the latter) to change what sounds are played, text, etc.

When editing Bank 3 in SOR2, make sure that the number of voices are set to 10 or saving changes there can permanently corrupt the voice bank.

Player Death Cries start at address BC78, Electra's death cry is at E6BC with the values of 0217.

@Cowboy Terry Bogard I hate having sexual lolis in mods that don't have a disclaimer that they have that content.

Yeah, just looked up the ROM in a Hex editor. Blaze and Elextra's cries aren't separated. I could have very easily made this myself.
