The Ice Fairy from Touhou!
STATS:
* Health: 50
* Sanity: 125
* Hunger: 125

Perks:
- Respawns immediately on death for a 50 sanity penalty. If her sanity is less than 50 though, she dies for real.
- She can craft ice for a hunger cost. She can also make spikes and spears out of ice.
- She gains sanity when damaging enemies, just like wigfrid.

Note:
- Because Cirno can create ice out of thin air, ice has been nerfed and no longer gives health when consumed.

-她可以自己制作冰块，但要付出巨大的代价。她还可以用冰做成尖刺和长矛。
-攻击敌人时，她会提升理智，就像威克弗里德一样。
注意：
-因为琪露诺可以在稀薄的空气中造冰，所以冰被使用时不会恢复生命值。

It is indeed weird for an Ice Fairy to feel cold during winter, like she should be getting Overheated faster on Summer while being Immune to Cold on Winter.
