GM_Construct [Old Edition]

Old, slightly enhanced gm_construct.

gm_construct as you remember it from early days of GMod 10. Glitchy textures and brushes cleaned up a bit, lighting made less blocky, reflections on objects are more accurate, the spawn bunker re-modeled and now sports several operable doors and window shutters, the grassy area no longer eats your contraptions alive, no eye-gouging bloom, plus a few added ledges for easy access to everything without using no-clip.
