On all roleplay maps developed by Torqs, you will find these NPCs.
Most NPCs sell items such as tools for farming, weapons, equipment for the government professions such as police, Medic..., vehicles, food and much more. In order to earn money you can sell all the items you can find/farms on the maps at the ressources dealer. There are now over 25 NPCs where you can buy or sell stuff.
At the car, airplane and weapons NPC you have to buy a licence and have it in the inventory to open the shop.

With a reputation over -25, you can't buy anything from the following NPCs: Marie (medical store), Moritz (ADAC store), Marvin (gun store), Jimbo (vehicle store), Jochen (high quality hardware store), Offical (permit store), Mark (boat store), Joshua (recourses dealer), Steffan (airplane store)
But if you want to shop in the black market, you must have a reputation over -25 and not be flagged as a police officer or emergency doctor. So you have to think carefully about doing illegal business!
But if you regret your deeds, you can face the police and after you have served your sentence, you can restore your reputation by confirming to the Prison-NPC that you regret your deeds!

The state NPCs (Police, Medic, ADAC) can only be opened by "flagged" Players. So the NPCs are 100% safe for unauthorized! You need to be an admin so you can flag players.
