you need:

wiremod
and
Collision Resizer (ENHANCED)
and
SligWolf's ModelPack

for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

controls:

wasd to move
left click for horn
F for front lights
shift for boost
space for brakes
R to freeze on the spot

how to get in:
climb up the ladder on the back and press E on the seat just above the pod controler from the back window of the car (may take a few tries)

warning:
if you go too fast the wheels may fall through the floor for some reason
