This build maximizes the use of the powerful scaling spell Maledict as well as your Cask, and minimizes the use of the heal. Dagon is recommended to use right after you use your Maledict to maximize damage. Go all out when you land it, especially early on!
Great if you are laning with a Sven or anyone with a relatively strong nuke. Land your Maledict before he fires his stun!
I would only recommend this if you are confident in your positioning skills, as putting your Maledict down requires you to be up close.
