Cockpit HUD Strip Module

Module that installs a long screen inside Cockpit at the top of the view.

It's entirely visible from the default first person view and is transparent (thanks to Digi and his permission to use the script from his TransparentLCD mod).

To use, simply add the to the top/rear/middle of a standard cockpit with the bar at the top. Configure LCD as you would any LCD via the terminal.

Works best with less bloom and less blur are edges of screen, theres a few mods out the that do this.

Known Issues:
SE v1.186
- Display appears outside the cockpit when inside. Seems to be a render bug with this SE version.
- Blur around edge of screen affects LCD. Use 'Screen Junk Be Gone' mod to alleviate.
Can't see other transparent displays or other dithered textures through the screen. This is a limitation of the dithering technique use to make things transparent.

Currently v1.0
Has 3 construction stage models, and 3 LOD models.
Mount point on top as well as the rear so blocks can be placed on top.
