This submod adds walls to the Tier 4 Minor settlements for all factions, except for Norsca because they don't have walled settlement maps and the game puts you on a placeholder map with no features.

The garrison building lines for each faction will still add more troops to the defenses if you want larger garrisons; this mod does not change garrison size or quality from the existing tier 4 settlements.

This will give ALL factions access to walled settlements at tier 4 with or without the additional garrison lines, so expect to fight a lot more offensive sieges if you play this into the late game. I will not be making tailor made versions for each faction.

This mod merely adds the walled trait to the settlements on battle initiation, so it can be added to and removed from save games at will, EXCEPT if you are going to load a save that expects a walled settlement battle immediately upon loading. Adding/removing then will very likely cause your save to fail.
