Update (2018/01/25): Increased homeworld corvette and scout size to 3x homeworld size ratio, increased homeworld frigate size to 1.5x homeworld size ratio

This is a (hopefully) "New Ship Classes and More" / NSC-compatible version of my Homeworld shipsets mod. It has not been thoroughly tested. I will try to fix any major issues that are reported, and consider any popular requests for changes to ship scaling, or to which Homeworld ship model goes with which Vanilla or NSC ship category. Please be specific about which ship sizes you want rescaled, by how much (2x, 3x, etc), and for which races.
