Translating to English it will be something like: "Error when writing to the file (custom directory\2c39b0.rbf). Check that you have access to this directory". It seems a specific writing problem or something about those rbf files...?
What we did (with no luck so far):
-Added exceptions to firewall (as mentioned in this guide)
-Give "Full control" to game folder
-Untick "Read only" properties to game folder and subgame folders
-Installed the Xbox app and logged in, also logged in all the Micro$oft Account (Outlook, Xbox, Edge)
-Using a Micro$oft account for using his pc
-Installed and uninstalled the GFWL several times and the error is always the same, except that sometimes the name of those files may change
-Changed the Lost planet 2 exes compatibility to Windows 7
