ah i feel your pain. Do you have any other mods that might be causing it? As far as i know, from what i experienced, the building dezones because the land value did not match. Is it the case for you too?
I don't know if it's something about the asset itself or the "Modern Architecture of the 2010s" district style causing it, but I've had to remove it from my game altogether unfortunately.
