Introduction
This game has several easter eggs, secrets and a couple easily missable achievements, which might require you to start a new playthrough over and over again with no results. This will hopefully make your life easier. Just be careful about the spoilers :)

When you're talking to Murv, if you go the blackmail route, you will have the option to file a formal complaint for sexual harrassment or dismiss it.

Whether you spill the beans with Ashley, or you keep her in the dark until the very end.

Run Greg run
Crime Doesn't Pay
If you spill the beans with Ashley, she will inform the cops. At this point near the end you will either tell Greg that the police is looking for him, at which point he will disappear, or you can tell him that you haven't heard from the cops, and he will be arrested. There is a third option, where Greg goes to the police by himself, that too counts towards the achievement.
Missables
Gossip Girl
While talking to Taylor in the early stages, you can ask him if he wants to know the content of Anna's e-Mails. After completing those dialogues you will get the achievement

Sharing Is Caring
Ashley must know you're not Anna, and you must be stuck at the Jabbr password recovery procedure. At that point a new line of dialogues is unlocked with Taylor, where he'll tell you the correct password in exchange of a picture of Anna. The only one that worked for me was from the "Me" section, not the "Camera" ones.

Just In Time
Don't let the telephone reset. I don't think it bears any other consequence other than the achievement.

Punked!
When Greg asks you to invite him as guest with the TechTitan chat, enter a different name. That will unlock the achievement and opens up another branch dialogue to open the door.

This Is The Police!
While talking to Yolanda, pretend you're a cop.

You're hired!
While talking to P.I., choose the more interview friendly responses.

Looking for love
Use the Spark app as Anna, a couple matches will go through. Chat with them a bit and you'll get the achievement.

Restore all the images

Wordsmith
This one is a ♥♥♥♥♥! You need to restore all the texts in the game (including the Murv e-Mail), and I believe the only missable ones are in the first talk with the "guy who doesn't remember who he is". I wrote down the choices you will have to make to unlock them (marked with –):
You need to tune it out – You're the only one speaking here You will hear it soon
You must resist its words – Resist what? You must have seen it
She will be gone soon – Tell me who you are I cannot remember Find me and you will find her
You can find the entire list on this post by Lucid Atray, but I believe you will be able to find all the other ones at any point before the ending anyway.
Endings
This is too much
After Anna's Spark account gets suspended, decline Taylor's idea and refuse to create a fake account. This will trigger an early ending.

You found Anna
You killed Anna
If you managed to get Taylor to support you during the end, and used one of the pictures he gave you for the profile, you will be able to chose who between Anna and Taylor has to die.
These achievements are also available when going for A happy ending, where instead of deciding to save both you can just save one of them.

A happy ending
The most complex to achieve. You will need Taylor's loyalty, to keep Ashley in the dark,
and to create a new Spark profile with both Ashley's name and picture. During your final conversation you will proceed through the same dialogues, but when you say you want to save them both you will have a different line of dialogues (ref): "All life is precious", "Both of them should be saved". At that point you can send Taylor to Anna, and save them both.

Windy Convergence
Find the truth.
I stumbled on this guide[www.appunwrapper.com] while looking for more information about a particular morse code I wasn't able to easily decode (read: couldn't be arsed to separate the code letter by letter). I'll give you the quick rundown.

While going through Surfer and the Iris/Applesauce page, you will find a morse code at the very end of the page. If you click on it a few times it will start showing some hidden code source in the background while muttering several numbers. If you write them down and call it (6339106), you will start hearing another sequence of numbers (3.141592). At this point you will need to insert the 4 subsequent digits of Pi (6535), which will open a new chat contact.

In order to continue, you need to wait until you create the fake Spark account. Some users report you need not to use Ashley for the account, but I just don't remember/can't confirm if that's the case. Anyway, after starting the conversation it will ask you what do you see, and after you input the decoded morse (A POLAR FEATHERED BEAR WADDLES ABOVE THE HAMMER) it will ask you what you doubt/fear the most. If you answer Iris (the OS running on the mobile phone) it will give you a cryptic message and the achievement will pop up.

Further spoilers and speculations
The place referred to in the last message you are sent by the contact, actually exists. You will find a bit more information on the subject in this discussion.
Non achievement related secrets
On top of the achievement related secret, there are several other hidden in the game.
If you curse in a Jabbr response, you will receive a warning e-Mail, for example. There are also a few crypto related secrets I didn't delve into for lack of interest. Most notably the (possibly substitution based ciphered) titles of the last two vlogs and what at first sight appeared like a Pigpen or other similar cipher in the background of a picture with Greg. There's probably even more I didn't spot.

Just like the authors didn't spot the boom mic in one of Anna's scenes, unless they left it there for added giggles :D

I also didn't quite get who's the other guy behind Anna in the "all caps" vlog. Oh, well.

Names
After the phone resets and you're asked your name, different things happen when you type certain names:
  • Anna: he will tell you that it asked for your name, not hers;
  • Jacksepticeye/Markiplier/Game Grumps: names and emails will fill with their real life details;
  • Simulacra: "It isn’t you and you aren’t his".
  • Iris: I ASKED FOR YOUR NAME!
  • Greg: You are not Greg. I ASKED FOR YOUR NAME!

For the "This is too much" achievement, you have to reject everything Taylor suggests when he shares "the news link of missing people from Spark".
Then Taylor will call you and then you send the message that you don't want to do this.

In my playthrough, I didn't even need to reach the part of "Taylor suggesting fake spark account" to get the achievement.
There was no refusal of fake spark account for me cause Taylor didn't even suggest it as I rejected him before it.

I can't get the "this is too much" achievement. There is no option to just not make the profile.

The sharing is caring achievement, is quite confusing what do i have to do EXACTLY, to trigger the new dialogues OF Taylor.

Another thing happens when you type "Fuck You" as the name after the phone resets. The OS will say "No cussing you ASSHOLE"

Also, in regards to the "She loves me" achievement. You should mention what Victor is to Ashley. I said "her spark date" and i had to reset the run.

by the way, for the secret gateway thing, you can put something in after it says theres much to see, as soon as you open spark to create the fake profile itll message you back (you dont need to actually make it just open to to start to make it)

Something I found while trying to get the secret achievement Windy Convergence - if you try to call the 6339106 number in "your" version of the phone, where you're chatting with James, it won't work to open up the Gateway chat. You'll just hear static and you won't hear Pi. Call the number when in "Anna's" version.

Windy Convergence, clarification:

Full text of morse code is:
WINDY CONVERGENCE. A POLAR FEATHERED BEAR WADDLES ABOVE THE HAMMER

As soon as the Gateway contact appears, you may send it a text (anything, I think). It will mention a windy convergence and ask what you see, after which you must input the rest of the morse message, starting with "A POLAR...".

If you are not at the endgame yet, it will say "you have much to witness". Do not send it anything else at this point.

I'm not sure about the exact point where you may send it the next (random) text, to trigger the "what do you doubt" question. In my case, I used Ashley for the fake account to get "A happy ending", then chose Continue and immediately texted the Gateway. I got the question, responded "Iris", and got the achievement.
