Staff:
Staff members have two assignments: Waiter and Cook
For Waiters, it's important to hire by the Walking Speed and Glamour Attribute.
For Cooks, the most important attribute is Cooking skill.

An employee becomes a cook if his Cooking skill is greater than 6 and is greater than his Glamour. I prefer cooks with cooking skill of 10.

Popularity:
The popularity affects how likely a new customer is to visit your restaurant. To increase your popularity, make sure the customers are served quickly (e.g. have some waiters).
