A very simple Level 1 low-density residential.

Asset Stats

Main mesh: 792 tris
Lod mesh: 102 tris

Textures: 1024 and 128, all maps present. Four colour variations, as you see in the shots.

Decorations and props: Front entrance marker and two lights.

No downloads or DLC required.

About
I just kind of had this one in my backlog, almost ready to go. But - December was very busy, because it's always busy. This home is super simple - low-poly, relatively speaking - but very to the point. It is based loosely on an IRL house on Douglas Street, iirc - but I'm sure there's lots like this mostly everywhere. So, really, it's just a bit of variation in the level 1 category. Please enjoy!

Screenshots were probably taken with the Satellite LUT, which I love, and some messing with Time Warp's sun settings.

Also, please let me know if I've f---ed it up somehow. That's always appreciated!

@Chris6d. Yes. Specifically in Charlottetown, P.E.I. It's a town of about 35,000 with lots of history.

I could have also called this whole collection Maritime houses or something like that. Don't get too hung up on the whole East Coast thing, that's just what I decided to call it. I understand that it means a lot of different things for different people.
