Sea Serpent Gyro Rifle

Just another one of my Sea Serpent-themed weapon. This time the emissive (greenish elements) are animated, there's a moving texture under it. Just go check the video to get the idea (NOTE: the particle effect is going in the opposite direction than in the video to make it look like it flows from the serpent)

This is a reupload. Due to some problems with SDK I had to create new packages.
