Introduction
When i started my series of guide i`ve made two guides, those weren`t as good as the following guides so i decided to remake those guides esspecially after the relgion update. After that this is my biggest guide ever! so i hope i can help you guys again with some stragitical insights and pure facts
Religion and it`s win conditions
Religion is important for certain bonusses and for its victory. To win a religious victory you have to covert 50% of all civilizations cities to your belief. So the religious victory will get harder the more enemies you choose to have. As is explained in a former guide certain district are better to win a religious victory.

For a religious victory i advise to build:
Holy site
Aquaduct
Commercial hub or Harbor
Campus
Entertainment complex

I advise these district because it will leave decent amount of science production and culture and it will boost your faith, also the aquaduct will make your city grow faster and that makes the city less easy to convert.

Converting cities
You can convert cities with apostles and missionaries, after a (recent) update you can also use gurus to heal religious troops. To make religious troops you need faith, all religious troops are made in your holy city. Your holy city is the city in which you used your great person to start the religion.

Converting a city mostly takes 1-2 apostles or 2-4 missionaries, but that number can raise quickly if your enemy starts to defend and if his city is really big. To be certain to convert a city you need 4 apostles and a guru. But of course a non-religious civilization is not so determined to safe his city from being coverted.

If you coverted a city, other religion influences, like enemy holy sites can re-covert the city.

Religieus warfare
Religieus warfare is nothing more the prevending another civ to convert you cities. I advise to do this because the reasons above. I do admit, some civs are really agressive with religion like Philip II and Ghandhi. But that makes it even more important to counter them. there are three ways to counter them and if you play it well there are no issues.

1. This tactic requires a lot of holy sites, and is mostly the best counter if you want to reach a religieus victory yourself. This tactic is just spamming apostles and converting your own cities back and eventually convert HIS cities

2. capture his cities.

3. perform relgieus combat with apostles

You want to defende your holy city because of the bonusses you can obtain with religion, also you might want to win a religieus victory and if your holy city is converted its (almost) impossible to
Bonusses with religion
1. Able to get a pantheon
2. Able to win a relgieus victory
3. Able to start a religieus war
Warfare and it`s win conditions
The domination victory is probably the most liked victory in civilization, you have to dominate all civilizations capital. This victory requires a lot of gold and production to do efficiently. But warfare isn`t just a win condition, it can be used to get extra land or maybe win a score victory.

Again i`ve got a list of handy districts for this victory.

Campus
Encampment
Harbor
Commercial hub
Neighbourhood
Theather square

I chose this districts because it will give you the possiblity to unlock strong troops fast and to obtain as much gold as possible. The neightbourhood is later to grow your cities fast. Though i have to warn to build enough farms for this strategie. To add some extra culture you could build the theather square, that`s esspecially important for unlocking new goverments.

Conquering cities
This is the most important thing for domination, but this requires a lot of preparation. You have to create lots of troops to succesfully siege a city. Down here is a list of tips to conquer a city.

1.The amount of troops is around 10 per city but thats based on the amount of civilians the citie has what troops you`re uusing and the resistance the city gives. Mostly you`re totally safe with 20 troops. In multiplayer is advise 25.

2.You should use as much bombarding troops as possible, think of catapults, atillery or archer And some Mounted (or not mounted) Troops to keep of enemy resistance

3. watch your trade routes, make sure they`re not passing trough the war

4. Only surround the city if it is his last city or his only city on the continent, otherwise your enemy can attack your army in the back
War declaration and suprise wars
Declaring war can be done with cassius belli or with a suprise war, I advise to always use cassius belli and only use suprise war if he`s your last enemy. Doing a suprise war gives warmonger penalties which damages the relationships with other civilizations. You can obtain cassius belli by Denouncing a civilization and wait 5 turns

But suprise wars can be used against you, my first guide was about suprise wars but this guide will tak over it`s job, so here a piece from that guide
Warmonger penalties
If you conquer a city, declare war or do anything like that, you will rechieve warmonger penalties, this are penalties which make civilizations like you less, you can avoid warmonger penalties by declaring war with cassius belli and to not keep cities also helps getting a less warmonger penalties as possible
You can still be friends with a civilization with warmonger penalties

Last word
This was everything i wanted to tell about htis subject. This guide will replace my first two guides:
Beginners guides: How to counter a suprise war
Beginners guides: Religious warfare
I won`t remove this guides, but this one contains the more usefull tips. This leaves the serie of guides with

Beginners guides: Culture, science and production
Beginners guides: Districts
Beginners guides: Religion and warfare

Thanks for checking this guide out, i hope you found what you needed to know! If so, like so other poeple can find the guide too!

Religious not Religieus. I would really like to see an adendum on Civs that are good for this type of victory. Otherwise nice guide!
