Rogue Combine and Citizen NPCs

This mod has NPCs from the Resistance and Combine that are stand alone factions. What I mean by this is that the Rogue Citizens and Rebels will attack the Combine, Normal Resistance, and the Rogue Combine but the Rogue Citizens and Rebels will be friendly to each other. The Rogue Combine works the same way.

If you think this is a mod that will have Friendly Combine Soldiers and Hostile Citizen NPCs this is NOT that mod. I will release a mod like that soon however.
Anyways onto the mod itself.


- 22 NPCs
- They WILL ATTACK the PLAYER!!!
- Combine Elites will command Combine Soldiers and Metrocops
- Medics will heal teammates when not in combat.
- Spawn Icons
- Will be friendly to their assigned Rogue Faction.
- Will attack all other factions except their own.
- Rebels, Medics, and Metrocops can throw grenades
- Refugees will drop their weapon an run when reaching below 10 HP
- Citizens will run and hide from enemies if they do not have a weapon.

- All NPC features are the same as my Slighty Improved NPCs
