The Disinfestation-Annihilation Squad (or the 'Disinfestors' or 'DAS' for short) are a ruthless task force made up of thugs in silver suits and armed with flamethrowers. Their purpose is to rid condemned areas of undesirables, such as street gangs, criminals, and other various low-lifes. Those who surrender peacefully (supposedly?) get relocated to a solar colony somewhere in New Mexico. Those less willing to vacate, on the other hand, face death, often by burning or shooting.

Based on the evil army of the same name portrayed in the 1980s-era Italian B-movie 'Escape From The Bronx' (aka 'Escape 2000' or 'The Bronx Warriors 2'), which gained more notoriety as a cult film after being riffed on 'Mystery Science Theater 3000'.
