Soviet Research Facility [RICO]

Research facility building, cunstructed in soviet modernism style. Inspired by the building of the Soviet Institute of Scientific Information for Social Sciences, which was built in 1969. Architects of the bulding used Alvar Aaltos, Oscar Niemeyers and Le Corbusiers masterpieces as inspiration. This institute, located in Moscow, had 4-th big library in Russia, until the fire in 2015, which, unfortunately, destroyed part of the building and about 15% of library stock.

In C:S it is RICO-compatiable office building. If you don`t have RICO mod, you can find the building in the parks tab.
It also has semi-transparent glass - thanks to Ronyx69 and his rotor shaders discovery.

P.S Unfortunately, in C:S there is no image of the building in the toolbar, at least on my computer. You can find it by its name. I don`t understand, why it is so. If someone knows, I will appreciate if you tell me. Sorry for that.
