This one is one of those silly 6-mb games which of course will have zero Steam guides in all of their history (and obviously no developer assistance) and so they can generate some confusion in some players if they feel stuck sometimes so I would love to give some advices to anyone!

First of all, the game consists of 3000 identical achievements that aren't related to in-game high scores, apples or flowers to collect. They are all (as of the end of 2017 at least) not broken and obtainable; moreover, they're all time-related.

The game runs also in tray, so you can let it run on the background and do something else while the achievements pop up!

You don't need to play anything, you just have to leave the snake go through its straight line at the point that you prefer, you can 100% this game with a score of 0 points if you wish, just be sure that the snake keeps on going and isn't too long to hit itself!

The achievements pop up quite slowly in comparison to other achievement hunter games, so it will take around 5 hours to get 100%.

Bear in mind that the game also poses a problem that is commonly found in these crappy things: the achievements are related to the time you spend IN the game, not overall. This means that if you close the game after 30 minutes and have thus obtained 300 achievements, then you will have to wait another 30 minutes of idling with zero achievements - they will re-start only after the mark you left is surpassed. So it's definitely mandatory to get 100% in a single session!!

Hope this helped, I know that this issue can be frustrating because if you turn off the game at 95% you will have to wait for hours in order to let the game know you have returned to that time mark and open the rest of the achievements :)

When I played the game, everything went fine with my method but it seems from other discussions that for some reason now players have been getting stuck on 2646/3000 achievements or something like that.

The solution, as posted by other users in the forum section, deals (as with similar games) with the registry. Then, the idling method has to keep on going the same way.

For what concerns the PC registry, first of all we must uninstall the game from the Steam library (since it's not free it will stay there). Then we must clean the registry:

Start - Regedit - HKEY CURRENT USER - SOFTWARE - VALVE - STEAM - APPS - 731230

This is the folder in which are contained the files that are related to the game, so you can completely remove the 731230 folder and re-install the game from scratch.

Though, there are two other folders related to the game and I don't know (and can't test it since I completed it months ago when it was fine) if they're related or not to this issue, but still you can delete them from the registry without many problems.

This is the other folder related to uninstalling the app:

HKEY LOCAL MACHINE - SOFTWARE - MICROSOFT - WINDOWS - CURRENTVERSION - UNINSTALL - STEAM APP 731230

731230 is the app number (every game has a number like this on Steam) so all this folder belongs only to this game in particular so even if you delete it you won't damage anything.

Moreover, there is a third location but in my PC it's under the ATI directory and I don't know why it's there, so, if the two folders above can't still resolve the problem (they should) you have to stay in the registry editor and go on Modify, Find (or press CTRL+F) and write "snake", you'll find a registry value deep that points to SOFTWARE - ATI - ACE - SETTINGS - GRAPHICS - POWERXPRESS - PX4,0 - PROFILEDAPPLIST - 4. There, I've got a filepath referring to this game.

In the end, try and search "snake" if you want to find everything else related in the PC registry to this game and delete it so that you can start idling again as if it was freshly installed. The game is listed as Snake: Road to Apple with the " : " inside the name so if you search "snake road to apple" you won't find everything, just try with 731230 (which can refer only to this game) and "snake" or similar words ("apple", what suits you best xD) and delete everything related. Cleaning the registry should suffice, since there are no broken achievements so far and those who cleaned the registry managed to fix the issue.
