Ten inventory slots

So many hard choices to make: medkit or defib? Medkit or ammo pack? Use the health kit or deploy the ammo? Which grenade to take?

Make it easy for yourself with one slot for each item. Ammo packs and grenades will be in off-screen slots accessed via the scroll wheel.

Bots still use everything as normal except defibs.

New inventory sequence (and yes the keyboard does work from 1 to 9):

1) primary weapons: smg, rifle, shotgun or grenade launcher
2) secondary weapons: pistol(s), melee weapon or chainsaw
3) defib (some issues here with bots ignoring it and it disappearing if you die carrying it)
4) medkit (as normal, and the bots use it as normal too)
5) pills or adrenaline shot (again, as normal)
7) bile jar
8) molotov
9) pipe bomb
10) explosive ammunition
11) incendiary ammunition
1) primary weapons: smg, rifle, shotgun or grenade launcher
2) secondary weapons: pistol(s), melee weapon or chainsaw

Sometimes the sequence gets mixed up all over the show, somehow, so scrolling through won't necessarily bring them up in that order. Everything except incendiaries can be selected with the number row of the keyboard, and that does stay in sequence.
