HOW TO SWIM IN REAL WATER!

I am not baiting. I am simply educating people and you will find this 100% true when done right.
A bit under a year ago (can't pinpoint the exact date because noob me didn't know how to take a screenshot) I found an unused water texture under the desert map. It was physicsless, but at some point since then player physics were added to the square of brown water. This guide tells you how to reach there.

NOTE!!!: As of August 14, 2020, vehicles can not interact with this water; only players can. However, with the introduction of external modding and map making, you can now download unofficial water add-ons in the Brick Rigs discord server!

Teleport to the patch of road that is black on the minimap. It is in the bottom half of the map, near and in front of the garage with the silo.

Go into freecam and look under the map. If you are in the right spot, you should see a murky, wavy square.

Place your character right above the surface of the water. I've had the best results by facing outwards. This part can be a bit tricky. [pic zoomed slightly for clarity]

Boom! To stay afloat, keep looking slightly in the direction vertically of where you are going (down when going backwards, up when going forwards). The layer is thin, so if you go under theres a chance of falling into the void.

wish I could go back and play legacy but too bad these modmaps are not letting me they just make it crash

if you hadnt noticed, this was from legacy, which is pretty obvious seeing the player model and theres no need to yap on about having water in the canyon

this is a 2017 tutorial, water was added in 2022 ding dongs.
