Borderless Window
Right click on Tannenberg in your library, click properties, then open the launch options. Add the following line, and click ok.
-popupwindow

Then launch the game, navigate to the options, and select 'windowed'.

You are now done, enjoy alt-tabbing quickly.

Optionally you can have -window-mode borderless, but there is a delay after tabbing back in before you can do things.

ALT+Tab does not work properly due to a Unity bug. You can accelerate the fixing of this bug by upvoting an issue the Developers posted on Unity Bug Tracker. Read all about it here:
